Our Story
Yaz Design is a residential building design studio based in Sydney, specialising in the design and approval of custom homes, duplex developments, secondary dwellings and residential alterations. Each project is approached with a clear focus on thoughtful design, planning compliance and buildable outcomes.
Our approach is shaped by a strong understanding of both design and construction. This perspective allows us to develop solutions that are not only visually refined, but also practical, efficient to build and responsive to the realities of the construction process.

Our Process
Every project at Yaz Design follows a structured design and approval process. Beginning with site feasibility and planning review, we develop carefully considered designs that respond to the site, local planning controls and the client’s objectives.
Throughout this process we coordinate a trusted network of consultants including surveyors, engineers, planners and certifiers. By managing the required documentation, reports and approvals, we ensure that projects progress efficiently and are fully prepared for construction.
