Before commencing architectural design, it is important to understand the planning controls and site conditions that may influence what can be built on the property.

Our Site Assessment is a paid professional desktop review intended to identify potential opportunities, planning constraints, approval pathways and key development considerations before design work begins.

​

As part of this process, Yaz Design reviews planning documentation including the Section 10.7 Planning Certificate, zoning controls and relevant planning provisions to provide preliminary guidance on what may be achievable on the site.

This service is intended to establish a clear foundation for the project prior to proceeding into architectural design and approvals.
