Before beginning architectural design, it is important to understand the planning controls and site conditions that may influence what can be built. A Site Assessment provides an early review of the property to identify opportunities, constraints, and the most appropriate pathway for development.

Through this process, we review key planning documents such as the Planning Certificate (Section 10.7), zoning controls, and relevant council planning provisions. This allows us to provide clear guidance on what may be achievable on the site before design work begins.
