Once accepted, the project moves into structured design.

Outcome: Project formally engaged with defined scope.

We develop initial floor plans and design options tailored to your site and brief.

Design is refined through consultation and feedback.

Outcome: Approved concept design ready for development.

We prepare detailed plans and coordinate all required consultants (structural, stormwater, BASIX, landscape, etc.).

Outcome: Complete documentation set ready for submission.

We manage the approval process via CDC or DA Pathway.

All documentation is submitted and coordinated through to determination.

Outcome: Approved plans ready for construction.
