Project Overview
A contemporary two-storey residence defined by strong geometric framing, layered materiality, and carefully composed proportions. The façade balances rendered volumes with stone elements and darker accents, creating depth while maintaining a refined and cohesive architectural language. Internally, the layout prioritises functional family living with generous open spaces that connect directly to the outdoor entertaining zone and swimming pool.
Built Form Composition & Façade Articulation
The architectural expression is driven by a clear hierarchy of forms, with primary rectangular volumes framed by projecting elements that create shadow lines and depth. This approach establishes a strong street presence while maintaining a controlled and elegant overall composition.
Material selection plays a key role in reinforcing the building geometry. Stone cladding introduces texture and permanence, contrasting against smooth rendered surfaces and darker vertical elements that anchor the façade visually.
Recessed entry detailing and integrated lighting further enhance the architectural experience, creating a sense of arrival while highlighting the layered forms during evening conditions.
Functional Planning & Spatial Flow
The ground floor is organised around a central open-plan living, dining, and kitchen zone that connects seamlessly to the alfresco and pool area. This arrangement supports both everyday family use and larger gatherings, with clear sightlines and strong indoor-outdoor integration.
